Returning Products
- You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it, if you simply changed your mind.
- The returned item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description or order, you may return it within 14 days in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
- To request a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page or WhatsApp, and provide your order number, pickup address, and a valid phone number.
- We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to facilitate the return process.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refund will be processed to the same payment method used in the original order.
- If the payment was made using a gift card or digital wallet, the refund will be issued using the same method.
Non-returnable Items
