Returning Products

  • You may return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery if you simply changed your mind, provided that:
    • The item is unused
    • In its original condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order or the description, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page or Chatbot, and provide:
    • Order number
    • Receipt
  • We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • If payment was made using a gift card or digital wallet, the refund will be issued using the same method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or assembled products
  • Used bedding (such as pillows and blankets)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items sold at a significant discount or marked as “as-is”

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost after evaluating the case.

Invoice

  • Your invoice will be sent to your email within 2 to 3 days after shipping your order.
  • If you do not receive it, please contact us and we will send you a copy promptly.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy conditions.
  • Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable.
  • ID verification may be required to process your return.
  • This policy does not override your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

2. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery — with proof of purchase.
3. What if the item is damaged or not as described?
You can return it within 14 days. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
4. How do I start a return?
Contact us via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp, and share:

– Order number
– Pickup address
– Your phone number

We’ll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
5. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item.
6. How will I receive my refund?
To the original payment method. If you paid by gift card or wallet, refund will go there.
7. Are there items I can’t return?
Yes, returns are not accepted for:

– Opened/assembled items
– Used bedding (pillows, blankets)
– Customized or made-to-order products
– Clearance or “as-is” items
8. Are shipping and assembly fees refundable?
No, those fees are non-refundable.
9. Do I need ID for returns?
Sometimes, we may ask for ID verification to complete the return.
